Physical Descriptionsilver-plated humidor with wood interior. Lid is engraved: "To the Commander in Chief John F. Kennedy, President of the United States, Honorary Member Class of 1962, United States Military Academy 6 June 1962". Humidor contains one cylindrical humidifying device, 8 Suerdieck Bahia cigars, 1 Custom Craft Line Cigar, and a matchbook from Department of State.
Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem was a gift from a member of the general public to the President and Mrs. Kennedy received by the Executive Office of the President betwen 1961-1963 and held by the General Service Administration until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
