Physical DescriptionFemale doll with plastic body wearing a white cotton blouse with a band of blue embroidered flowers a lower edge and pleated skirt of blue and black with matching flowers. A basket made from paper drinking straws is filled with tiny flowers and hangs around her neck.
Historical NoteThis doll was presented to First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy by the First Lady of Mexico, Eva Samano de Lopez Mateos with a group of 17 other dolls representing different costumes from various areas in Mexico.

Custodial History NoteItem was a gift to President and Mrs. Kennedy from Eva Sámano de Lopez Mateos, First Lady of Mexico. It was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
