Physical DescriptionBlack ink cartoon drawing of John F. Kennedy, carrying an olive branch and a paper, "Test Ban Proposals", is kicked in the shins by a glum-looking GOP Elephant carrying a placard, "Appeaser!", and a gleeful Nikita Khrushchev, who also hits John F. Kennedy with a shoe and who carries a placard, "Warmonger!" [Caption has been lost]
