Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing.Two men, "Steel Operators" and "Union Bosses" are sitting atop a tall beam on rockers, "High Horse" and flailing each other with whips, while under the rockers, a man, "The Nat'l Economy" is being crushed. To the side, a cross man holding a large saw, "Drastic Regulatons" is rolling up his sleeves and saying "Looks Like I May Have To Cut 'Em Down To Size!". Caption reads: "Riding To A Fall".
