Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. Santa Claus, carrying his sack, "The Nat'l Economy", is imprisoned in a stockade that is secured with a large lock, "Steel Deadlock". Two elves, "Union Bosses" and "Management", sit cross-armed in front of the stockade with a key, "Agreement" laying before them; they are both saying "I Ain't Budgin' ". Caption reads: "Santa's Little Helpers."
