The Donkey is speaking into the "South" handset, "-But Honey Pie - You-All Knows I Think You-All's Lovely As Hominy An' Grits!", while on the "North" handset, the Donkey says "Listen Toots - With Me You Rate Way Out - Like An Olive In My Martini!"
