Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. In prison yard, an inmate, "Congress", holding "Escape Plans" behind his back, looks nervously at an angry clock, "Around The Clock Sessions Threat", who is wearing a guard's uniform and twirling a billy club. On the ground lie large rocks waiting to be broken, "Piled-Up Legislation" and "Civil Rights", while a sledgehammer, "Action", leans unused against them. Caption: "Might Get A Little Time Off For Good Behavior."
