Physical DescriptionBlue-gray glen paid plain weave worsted wool two piece suit; jacket and trousers
Wool jacket with notched rolled collar, left lapel buttonhole and two button closure. Left chest welt pocket and two front flap pockets with no back vent. Jacket has twill weave front and partial back lining and inside right front chest pocket.
Trousers have five pockets and a flat front with staight legs with cuffs. Sharp creases in legs, fly front closure with zipper.

Custodial History NoteThis suit was previously owned by President John F. Kennedy. After his death, it was bequeath to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. It was held in courtesy storage at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and donated to the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation in 1995 by Estate of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Ownership was transferred to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library Museum collection by the Foundation in 2009.
