William McAlpine

In 18th-century Boston, Scottish immigrant printer William McAlpine often operated as the printer and binder for John Mein, who functioned as the publisher and bookseller. The two frequently collaborated on historical and political pamphlets, such as the 1766 publication of Daniel Dulany's Considerations on the Propriety of Imposing Taxes.
