Artifact Collection: Gifts from Heads of State

This series contains gifts given to President John F. Kennedy and the First Family by foreign heads of state during the Kennedy administration. Gifts were presented to the President and the First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, during state visits to various countries and when foreign dignitaries visited the White House. Artifacts include decorative works, artwork, costumes and textiles, medals and coins, photographs, swords, awards, dolls, equestrian items, and jewelry items.
