Physical DescriptionIlluminated and calligraphed scroll, in black and colored inks, naming John F. Kennedy an Honorary Freeman of the Borough of Wexford, Ireland and stating that he was duly enrolled on June 27, 1963. At top of document is the seal of Wexford at left, the Kennedy coat of arms at center, and the Great Seal of the United States at right. The document was presented in the gilt silver chest.
