Physical DescriptionBronze model cannon inscribed 1755 across the barrel, on wooden wheeled carriage. Under the rear of the gun is a wooden wedge used to change the angle of elevation.
Historical NoteThis cannon model is from Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy's room at Hyannis Port.

Custodial History NoteItem was owned by Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy and was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
