Two typed pieces of parchment paper are bound in a blue leather portfolio, with seal of the University on parchment, lower left corner.
Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem was presented to President Kennedy in 1963 from the Free University of Berlin in Germany during his state visit. It was held by the General Service Administration until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
