Physical DescriptionSterling silver Torah pointer with chain attached at top end. Silver is decorated with chased lines. Tip of the pointer is elaborately embossed with a tiny right hand with the index finger extended.
Historical NotePersonally presented to the President on November 13, 1961 during meeting with the Board of Trustees, Union of American Hebrew Congregations, at the White House. Presented to the President by Rabbi Maurice N. Eisendrath, President of the group.
