Physical DescriptionCollector's Club of Seattle Official First Day Cachet of Seattle World's Fair with 5-cent World's Fair stamp, postmarked "Space Needle, Washington, Oct. 21, 1962", addressed by hand to "President John F. Kennedy", card inside bears message "So sorry you were unable to come to the fair. However, we were able to close it without you."
Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem was a gift from a member of the general public to the President and Mrs. Kennedy received by the Executive Office of the President betwen 1961-1963 and held by the General Service Administration until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
