Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteRelief was sculpted by Merrell Gage for President Kennedy. Presented at the annual meeting of the Manuscript Society of the Civil War Centenniel commission on September 20, 1963 and sent to President Kennedy by the Commission chairman.
