Physical Description"Chairman" badge with red ribbon. Ribbon reads: 1789-1961/44th/Inaugural/John F.Kennedy/Lyndon B. Johnson/ January 20th/ 1961. In the center is the inaugural insignia in gold lettering imprinted on the ribbon. The badge is an unused example of the badges worn by officals and staff for the 1961 inaugural cermonies and events.
