Physical DescriptionA pair of L shaped wood bookends adorn with handmade, working replica models of the USS Constitution ship's cannons. The cannons are a small scale model of 24-pound long guns mounted on sliding carriages, complete with ramrod and cannon balls.
Historical NoteThese bookends were displayed by President Kennedy in his Oval Office of the White House.
