Physical DescriptionGold tone metal tie clip of a PT boat over a cresting wave. The hull of the boat is inscribed "KENNEDY." Spring back clip attached to back.
Historical NoteThis supply of tie clips was given out by White House staff to visitors to the White House as well as given out while traveling on presidential trips. The pin design recalls President Kennedy's wartime experience as commander of the PT-109 in World War II.
