Physical DescriptionA coat of a three piece dress and coat ensemble. The coat is beige silk and wool ribbed ottoman. It is double breasted with 4 covered buttons and has 2 side pockets. The sleeves of this coat are 3/4 length.
Historical NoteFirst Lady Jacqueline Kennedy wore this coat during her state visit to Canada at a luncheon with Prime Minister John Diefenbaker on May 17, 1961.

Custodial History NoteItem is from the personal collection of President and Mrs. Kennedy. It was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
