Historical NoteAfter the death of President Kennedy, the Kennedy children continued to receive gifts from the general public. This stamp was mailed to Caroline Kennedy as a gift between 1964 and 1967.

Custodial History NoteItem was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation in 2009. The Foundation acquired the item through a gift from the Estate of Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis in 1995. The stamp was sent to the Kennedy Children as a gift from the general public between 1964 and 1968.
