Physical DescriptionA short evening gown in bright pink taffeta. This dress is probably an Orbach's copy of a Givency dress. This dress has a puffball hem and daring swimsuit back decorated with bows.
Historical NoteThis pink dress was worn by Mrs. John F. Kennedy to the Wild West Ball at the Plaza Hotel in New York City on December 8, 1959.
Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem is from the personal collection of President and Mrs. Kennedy. It was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
