Historical NoteJacqueline Kennedy wore this dress to the wedding of her brother-in-law, Edward M. Kennedy to Virginia Joan Bennett in Bronxville, New York on November 29, 1958. She also wore it later as First Lady to a staff Christmas reception at the White House on December 13, 1961.
