Physical DescriptionCrystal wine decanter with body cut in diamond pattern, flanged lip, faceted cut stopper, jug handle, on a tall footed star cut base.
Historical NoteThis crystal claret decanter is a reproduction of an 18th century Anglo-Irish piece made and marketed by Waterford in the 20th century as part of the company's Master Cutter series. A pair were presented to President Kennedy by his Kennedy cousins from Dungstown, New Ross, County Wexford during the President's State visit to Ireland in June 1963.

Custodial History NoteItem is from the personal collection of President and Mrs. Kennedy. It was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
