Physical DescriptionA day ensemble of a shell, a skirt and a coat in leaf green silk gazar. The sleeveless shell top has an off-center horizontal pocket. The skirt has a flap front. The double breasted six button jacket has 3/4 length sleeves.
Historical NoteFirst Lady Jacqueline Kennedy wore this coat upon her arrival in Mexico City, Mexico on June 29, 1962.

Custodial History NoteItem is from the personal collection of President and Mrs. Kennedy. It was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
