Physical DescriptionA full length collarless ivory silk opera coat with 3/4 sleeves (model 3378). This coat has minimal seams and a plain front.
Historical NoteFirst Lady Jacqueline Kennedy wore this evening coat to a dinner at Versailles, France on June 1, 1961. She also wore the coat to a dinner hosted by Ambassador John Kenneth Galbraith at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India on March 20, 1962 during her state visit.
