Physical DescriptionBlack 4 ring plastic binder with front cover embossed in gold: "Inter Cabinet Affairs" and "President John F. Kennedy" in lower right corner. Binder is empty. Binder originally contained briefing material on current administration programs used to inform the cabinet members of what was going on in other departments. From Evelyn Lincoln's office files.
