Physical DescriptionSilver tray with ornate border design of alternating trees and the seals of 14 cities. Engraved with inscription to John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy 'To President of the United States Mr. John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Mrs. Jacqueline Kennedy on their visit to Bogota. A community Bi-national school in appreciation of your interest in Bi-national understanding between the people of Columbia and the United States December 17, 1961.'

Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem was a gift from a member of the general public to the President and Mrs. Kennedy received by the Executive Office of the President betwen 1961-1963 and held by the General Service Administration until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
