Historical NoteThis key was presented to Senator John F. Kennedy by the mayor of Greenville, North Carolina at the Eastern Carolina College Stadium while JFK was on a campaign stop for the United States Presidential election on September 17, 1960.
Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteItem enaytor was given to Senator John F. Kennedy in 1960 and held by the General Service Administration until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy in 1965.
