Custodial History NoteItem was given to Mrs. Kennedy after the death of President Kennedy in 1963 as a memorial token. It was held by the General Service Administration from 1963-1965 until it was donated to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in 1965 by the Estate of President John F. Kennedy.
