James Thomas Berryman (June 8, 1902 – August 12, 1971) was an American political cartoonist. He spent most of his career creating political and sport cartoons for the Washington Evening Star and Sporting News; following in the footsteps of his father, political cartoonist, Clifford K. Berryman. Jim Berryman also wrote and illustrated articles for various magazines and newspapers such as Look and the National Rifle Association. He won various journalist awards including the 1950 Pulitzer Prize for Political Cartoon of the year, the first son of a Pulitzer Prize winner to win the same award.
