Written in black ink at the top of the page is Mrs. Kennedy's Bedroom and Dressing Room, stapled to the cardstock is a fabric sample of the dressing room curtains, the ice blue silk for the bed backdrop fabric, the striped silk brocade for the bench and table cover, an off white trim for the curtains.

Historical NoteDescription of Mrs. Kennedy's Bedroom:
Walls off-white with wool rugs to match. Draperies of printed sea-green canvast with festoon valances and jabots trimmed with off-white tassel fringe with white dracon under curtains.
Large bed from Mrs. Kennedy's Georgetown home had a headboard slipcovered in the same fabric as the curtains and sunburst canopy of ice-blue silk. Window seat pad of canvas with a long bench at the foot of the bed covered in striped silk brocade. Small sofa slipcovered in off white quilted fabric with a chair covered in cut velvet.
