Physical DescriptionFull size cut fabric sample from Mrs. Kennedy's dressing room of the White House for the Parish - Hadley re-decoration project of the White House residence rooms.
Stapled to the fabric is an index card with a typed descrition of Mrs. Kennedy's Dressing Room. The fabric sample is a printed cotton fabric with stripes and floral design in pinks, green, blue and black on a cream ground. This printed cotton fabric was used with a cream trim for the draperies and for the bench and chair covers. Attached to the lower right corner of the fabric is an off-white trim sample

Walls off-white with wool rugs to match. Two pair white Tambour curtains made to draw under prnted cotton draperies with flat, shaped valance trimmed with off-white. The bench and chair are covered in the same print.
