Physical DescriptionBlack ink cartoon drawing of a sailor "Symington" stands on the shoreline and points to a sign, "I Can Be DRAFTED But I Won't Enter Any Primaries" as the Democratic Donkey watches him. In the background, two men are sailing in an angry sea during a storm, "Test Of Voter Strength". One man, "Humphrey", has been capsized. The other man, "Kennedy" is still afloat but is bailing out water from his boat. Caption reads: "How Do We Know You Can Handle A Ship?"
