Physical Description"John F. Kennedy" strolls and waves as the smiling U.S. Capitol doffs its Irish hat to him, saying "Top O' The Morning To You, Mr. President!". The Washington Monument, wearing a bowtie decorated with shamrocks, also smiles down on the President. A small crow, smoking a long pipe and wearing an Irish hat and pince-nez, stands along the path. Caption reads: "St. Patrick's Day".
