A smiling stork stands at attention, wearing the Bearskin hat of the Queen's Guard, in front of a bassinet surrounded by baby bottles, safety pins, and lon pull-toy. A proud man, "John Bull", is saluting the stork and saying "Stout Fella!" while a beaming globe, holding a camera, looks on from over the horizon. Caption reads: "Changing The Guard."
