His ship has sunk into an tumultous ocean labled "Kennedy Tax Revision Program". Captions reads "No Land in Sight".
Historical NotePresident John F. Kennedy proposed tax reform program eliminated tax deductions on luxury goods and services such as safari vacations and yatchs.
